Roberto Santiago started from Humble Beginnings to Become The Most Celebrated Screenwriter

Some people were created with more than one talent, and luckily some have been able to identify them early enough. Roberto Santiago is among the few individuals who have achieved so much in more than one field. He is a modern jack of all trades. He was born in Madrid in 1968, and throughout his life, Roberto has mostly focused on the entertainment industry. Roberto Santiago is also the screenwriter of famous movies such as the Game of Truth, The Art of Stealing and The Journal of Carlota. In television, he has directed the two seasons of Syndrome of Ulysses. Additionally, he has also involved himself in theatres by writing some of the classical plays including share 38, Naked, Happiness of Women among others. His input into this plays is remarkable, and he has been praised for being one of the creative in the industry. As a novelist, Roberto has published several youth and children book.

In 1991, he was awarded one of the prestigious awards by the Inter American Press Association Award for Commentary. Today, he lives in Brooklyn, New York together with his wife, Cristina Alcazar.
